Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, in the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hrs of delivery with your order details and clear photos at nivar.india@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist and resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Time
